Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return window
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Refunds
Once your return is approved and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items
Opened or used label products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
